The “Home Movies Music Sessions” offers a warm and honest look into the lives of artists and their music.
The family camcorder was used to capture the profound and mundane parts of life onto the same tape. To preserve for the future what we may forget; great-grandpa’s surprise birthday party, learning to ride a bike, that hideous sofa, your first guitar.
In a time where content is everything, curated and polished, the “Home Movies” asks us to drop the act and show life as it is.

Tré, the ‘bedroom popstar’ welcomed us into their home in Charlotte that they share with their mother. True to their moniker, sitting bedside, with a half-functioning Macbook screen (which gave out a few days later RIP) — they gave a performance with the same energy and passion as we would expect from a large stage venue.
